Cold Front 12/25/21
Fishing has been on fire with the first real cold front dropping that water down to 50 degrees one morning! These fish want some chilly water so when the sun comes out they get fired up. Sometimes when that water temperature is too warm they can fall off in deep water to cool down- we have had some record high water temperatures for December this season. We should have a fantastic January and February out here in the marsh- I am hoping with the late winter those chilly water temps will last until mid-March where I have some dates still available . I am booking up quickly for next season so please let me know if you have any interest in Louisina. I have a couple days in April for the Everglades but mostly full. If you are looking for a Naples fly fishing guide I am bouncing trips off some pro guide buddies or if you are looking for a Everglades fly fishing guide I can hook you up as well. I am so grateful to be so busy this season just and my bookings this far in advance I just know it is tuff for some people to commit a year or more out so I am trying to save some dates as these seasons approach and people can finalize some travel plans. I can’t say enough good things about the fishery here in Louisina l- when the weather is good it is mind blowing and should be in any anglers bucket list. Have fun and let me know if anyone wants to hop on a call to discuss my program!
