Fall Redfish Guide 10/16/20

Fall is in the air….Finally! It has been hot down here in the Louisiana Marsh and we are welcoming some northern winds (just not tooo much) and cooler air and water temperatures here. The giant schools of bulls are still floating out in the Gulf and can be epic days when the weather is calm enough to locate and fish them. With the falling water and air temperatures the bulls will continue to move towards the marsh edge and ready to encase these beautiful shallow flats. We are seeing good numbers of smaller bull redfish in the 16-20 lb range and catching them in a daily basis along with big black drum and sheepshead. With this cold front upon us it really feels like the kickoff of the marsh season and a time to be truly grateful to guide these waters of marshland that make up this destination fishery. My guide buddies and I all have e some random openings in Nov and Dec that would not normally be there so let me know if you ha d any interest in finding a Louisiana fly fishing guide and we will get you hooked up!
Have fun
