Late Summer 09/15/22
Still in some summer time weather patterns here with some afternoon rains but chasing down some schools of big Jacks/Bull Reds in Louisiana. A special time to be here when the weather is calm enough to get way in the gulf. There are still good numbers of slots way up in the marsh and some big fish cruising the shorelines. I would take some schools of fish everyday if the weather permitted but we are all still looking towards that first cold air to move in and drop the water temperature then these schools will move inshore for more sight casting opportunities.
While I am full for my Everglades season I have some good guide buddies that have some great availability this fall/winter. If you are looking for a great Everglades Fly a fishing Guide or Naples Fly Fishing guide I can hook you up with one of my guide colleagues that work the area 12mo a year.
Have fun and catch em up!
