Tarpon season 03/25/23

The tarpon fishing has started to heat back up with this passing cold front. What a late season cold front to wreak havoc on our early season tarpon fishing. The water temps dropped 10 degrees and the fish vanished. Luckily snook and red fishing was pretty good. There is always a give and a take if we are willing to adapt within the day. With some baby tarpon mixed in there we were able to survive the cold front and now with rising water temps we are on the other side of it! So glad to be back in Florida Everglades chasing some silver giants. Such a cool place to drive a skiff and to show clients the Everglades.
